Excel Gymnastics offers a wide range of gymnastics programs catering to all age groups, from infants to adults. As the home training center for Kingston High School varsity gymnastics, led by our esteemed head coach, Rhonda Dixon, we uphold a tradition of excellence and personalized attention.

USA Gymnastics- Aligned Training
Our programs align with the USA Gymnastics Developmental Program, ensuring unmatched training from competitive levels 1 through 10, leading up to Elite and Olympic levels.
Our Programs
Tiny Tots (10 months – 2 years)
A parent-child class designed to spark early development through rolling, jumping, and swinging. It supports motor skill growth while introducing social interaction in a fun, active setting.
Tiny Tumblers (3 – 4 years)
This is the perfect first independent class. Through playful activities on bars, beams, rings, and trampolines, children develop coordination, body awareness, and self-confidence while learning to follow instruction in a group setting.
Lil Ninja (3 – 6 years, Co-ed)
An energy-packed class combining gymnastics, martial arts, flexibility, and obstacle course training. It's designed to keep young kids moving, focused, and having fun.
Tumble Bears (5 – 6 years)
A step up from Tiny Tumblers, this class continues to build strength and balance through familiar apparatus work. It encourages independence, group participation, and physical confidence.
Ninja Boyz (7+ years, by coach invitation)
For older boys ready for a challenge, this class mixes martial arts, freestyle movement, gymnastics, and obstacle training. It builds strength, resilience, goal-setting, and motivation—while keeping things exciting and social.
Hot Shots (3 – 6 years, by coach invitation)
An accelerated gymnastics program tailored for young athletes who show early skill and dedication. Prepares students for pre-team training through focused skill development.
School Age Program (7 – 13 years)
Split into levels like Aerials (7–9 yrs) and Twisters (10–13 yrs), this non-competitive program follows a national progression system. Students learn Olympic event skills at their own pace, improving strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Developmental / Progressive (7 – 13 years, by coach invitation)
Intermediate classes designed for students who have mastered foundational skills and are ready to move to the next level of gymnastics training.
High School & Adult Class (14+ years)
A co-ed program for teens and adults of all experience levels. Whether you're returning to the sport or starting fresh, this class supports personal fitness goals with individual coaching across all apparatus.
