Ninja Boyz (7yrs+ Coach Invitation Only)

Ninja Boyz class is a class combining gymnastics, martial arts obstacle training and freestyle movement. This class is designed as a fun learning way to train and gain fitness, to develop coordination, strength, flexibility and confidence, learn how to set goals, build self-esteem, resilience and motivation, have fun and make new friends and celebrate hard work, effort and commitment.
